* What costs $895 a night? A room at Donald Trump's new luxe hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, according to the Washington Post. The Trump International Hotel at the old Post Office opened Sept. 12. A "grand opening" is planned for October.
* Holy Moly! DC's new streetcar is actually celebrating its 6-month anniversary. It says it has toted around more than 400,000 passengers -- enough to fill RFK stadium -- since it FINALLY opened on February 27, 2016.
