COLOR ME BLUE!

 

BLUE-COLORED green treefrogs??

 If you’ve never seen an aberrantly blue-colored green treefrog — or if you’re already a fan —  you’re in for a treat at Huntley Meadows Park in Alexandria, VA.  Over the past few days two have been easily spotted along the boardwalk. One is almost fully blue and one is partially blue.   The blues seen all over the world are usually a pale AQUA blue.

HIKES AND NATURE WALKS, 2025

Please join me on my wacky wildflower hike.  Normally wildflower hikes are about a mile long.  Ours is 10 miles along the Potomac River and C&O Canal.  AND we see one of Frank Lloyd Wright's few buildings in the Mid-Atlantic.  Registration required.
